Henry Craver is a Mexican American documentary and portrait photographer currently based in the NYC area.
Henry taught himself how to take photos while working as a journalist on the U.S. Mexico border, where he covered migration issues. In 2022, he won a Fulbright Scholarship to do a photo project about the effects of depopulation in Moldova. His visual journalism has been published in the Sun Magazine, Yes! Magazine, the Texas Observer, the Progressive, and the Daily Beast.
Henry’s portraits are inspired by his documentary work.
